The eLearner kits come with a mannequin head, strip lashes and other NaturaLash patented practice materials. You do the exact same hands-on practice exercises that you would do in a live class but instead of an instructor teaching you, you learn the material through videos, text, pictures, quizzes, etc. You also work on your own time at your own pace rather than trying to keep up with a class or your teachers pace.
