Hands-on Web-based Eyelash Extension Class?

If this is a web-based class, how is it hands-on?

The eLearner kits come with a mannequin head, strip lashes and other NaturaLash patented practice materials.  You do the exact same hands-on practice exercises that you would do in a live class but instead of an instructor teaching you, you learn the material through videos, text, pictures, quizzes, etc.  You also work on your own time at your own pace rather than trying to keep up with a class or your teachers pace.  This also ensures that you have all the knowledge and 'know-how' before attending a live class (which will leave even more time for hands-on practice with an instructor!)
