NaturaLash™ Terms & Conditions

 

Product Returns/Exchanges (eyelash and eyebrow extension products):

 

For any reason:

In order to uphold our high standards of safety and sanitation, NaturaLash cannot accept returns of any individual product if the original packaging has been opened, unsealed or tampered with.  Only product(s) that is/are unused and returned in the same condition, in which you received them, will be eligible for return/exchange.

NaturaLash reserves the right to replace the product/kit(s), provide a store credit, or provide a refund of the purchase price less shipping/handling and a 15% restocking fee.  If the returned kit(s) is/are missing any of the items listed on the kit description (found on the product page of NaturaLash.com), a deduction will be taken from the refund amount to reflect the retail cost of the individual product that is missing.  See “What to do” below for additional information.

If you received incorrect or missing products, please contact us with your order number.

 

Claim of Defect:

If you feel that you received a defective product, you must notify the NaturaLash Customer Service Department within ten (10) days of the original purchase date.   NaturaLash reserves the right to replace the product, provide a store credit, or provide a full refund less shipping/handling and credit card processing fees or a 15% restocking fee.  See “What to do” below for more information.

Note:  Only Certified NaturaLash Technicians are eligible for adhesive refunds.  If you are a Certified NaturaLash Technician, we will replace the adhesive at no charge (customer is responsible for shipping charges), assuming NaturaLash deems the adhesive is defective. 

Tweezers:  If you feel that your tweezers were damaged upon receipt, you have 2 business days to notify NaturaLash.  No returns/exchanges will be made after 2 days after the receipt of your package (as verified by the tracking number). 

  

Adhesive: All of our products are distributed from a temperature controlled warehouse and we strive to maintain very high quality control standards.   If you feel that you have received a defective adhsive, you the purchaser, have ten (10) days, after the original purchase date to notify our Sales Department of the problem.  REQUESTS FOR EXCHANGES/REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER TEN (10) DAYS, therefore, we recommend opening all adhesives immediately upon receipt to verify that your adhesive is usable. Our adhesives are designed to dry quickly and once they are opened, it must be used within a few weeks for best results. Storing in the refrigerator may help the longevity.  Please Note:  As with all your professional products it is extremly important to care for your adhesives properly.  This includes but is not limited to storing your adhesives properly, replacing them at least every 2-3 months (we recommend replacing every month), and keeping the bottle it self clean and free of dried adhesive or debris.  

 

What to do:

If your return meets the aforementioned requirements, you must notify the NaturaLash Customer Service Department, within ten (10) days of the original purchase date (Customer Service: 1-800-644-1297).  NaturaLash will provide you with a Return Order Number (RO #) and instructions on where to send the product(s).  Return shipping costs will be at your expense and products must be received by NaturaLash within seven (7) days after the RO# is provided to you.   You must include the RO# with the returned products. 

If  you received missing or incorrect product, please contact us to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

 

Order Cancellations:

Orders that are cancelled before being shipped will receive a full refund minus a 5% credit card transaction fee OR a full store credit.

 

Product Returns/Exchanges (Eyebrow Wigs):

All Natural Brow Wig and glue sales are final.  Orders that are cancelled before being shipped will receive a full refund minus a 5% re-stocking/transaction fee.   Exchanges for unused products are permitted within 10 days but customer is responsible for applicable shipping charges.  You must contact sales for a return order number.

 

NaturaLash Level 2 Eyelash Extension Certification Class (applicable to eyelash and eyebrow extension products):

 

Cancellations

Customers who would like to cancel their enrollment in a Level 2 NaturaLash Workshop (scheduled classes only) must notify the NaturaLash Customer Service Department immediately, by contacting us with “Workshop Cancellation” in the subject line. 

  • Workshop cancellation requests sent seven (7) or more business days in advance will receive a refund, less a $100 non-refundable administrative charge (Private workshop cancellations may involve additional fees).
  • Workshop cancellation requests sent less than six (6) business days in advance will receive a refund, less a $200 non-refundable administrative charge (Private workshop cancellations may involve additional fees).

Re-Scheduling

Customers who would like to re-schedule their enrollment in a NaturaLash Workshop must notify the NaturaLash Customer Service Department immediately, by calling : 1-800-644-1297.  A minimum of seven (7) days notice must be given in order to avoid any administrative charges.  Notices given less than six (6) days in advance of a scheduled workshop will be subject to a non-refundable $50 administrative charge.  Notices given less than six (6) days in advance of a private workshop will be subject to a non-refundable $100 administrative charge.  Traveling workshops can be rescheduled with a 30 day advanced notice (charges may apply).  Absolutely no refunds will be given after the scheduled training date.

 

Deposits

WORKSHOP DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  Workshop deposits will guarantee your seat at the workshop of your choice.  Regardless of the deposit amount, full payment is due 7 business days before the scheduled date.  A NaturaLash representative will contact you 7 business days before the workshop to collect the remaining payment.  Failure to pay the full amount within that time frame will forfeit your seat and make it available to other customers.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED if your seat is taken. 

The same terms apply to deposits placed for private workshops except that full payment is due 30 days in advance.  Failure to pay the full amount within that time frame will forfeit your seat and NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED if your seat is taken.  

 

NaturaLash Level 1 Online  Eyelash Extension Certification Class (applicable to eyelash and eyebrow extension products):

 

NaturaLash 4.0 Online Training Course (LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION)

The same terms and conditions listed above apply for NaturaLash 4.0.  Any differences are listed below.

-Complimentary refresher courses are available to any of our certified techs.  Contact us to schedule a class date

-You, the customer, have 3 days to complete NaturaLash 4.0 (depending on whether or not you purchase a kit). 

-You, the customer, specify what day you want to start the class (at the time you call or signup online). If you need to change your start date, you must notify us 24 business hours before the scheduled class date.  There is a $25 fee to change the date with less than a 24 hour notice. 

-By enrolling in NaturaLash 4.0, you (the paying student) agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for any application accidents or injuries that occur while taking this program.
  • You are professionally licensed (or in school working toward a license) in your state to apply eyelash extensions, per the state board of cosmetology or you do not need a license to apply eyelash extensions, per your state board of cosmetology.  
  • You have or intend to have liability insurance that covers eyelash extensions, prior to applying lashes on a paying customer.
  • You will be the only person viewing and or using the course program (unless you paid for additional students).
  • You will not share the log-in info with anyone other than yourself.
  • You will not copy, distribute, share or recreate any of the information learned or viewed when taking this course.
  • Customers with accounts that have been inactive for one year or more are required to provide current images of their work, purchase any one of our adhesives and any NaturaLash lashes in order to keep their certification current.  Replacement certificates are $20.00/each. 
  • You do not work for or intend to work for a company offering similar services as NaturaLash (i.e. - eyelash extension product supplier, eyelash extension training supplier)  for one year from the date of your NaturaLash 4.0 enrollment.  Companies offering similar services, include: NovaLash, Xtreme Lashes, Lavish Lashes, 3D-Beauty, Jane Beauty to name a few.
  • You understand that violating any of the above listed terms and conditions will result in immediate legal action.

Gift Certificates:  Gift certificates do not have an expiration date and can be used for phone or internet orders.  Gift certificates must be purchased for use by another professional with a regsitered account on NaturaLash.com. 

 

Sample Requests:  NaturaLash offers complimentary samples packs of the Natural Curl and Girly Curl lashes.  Samples are limited to customers in the continental United States.  To request a sample lash pack, please contact us.  Samples typically take 5-7 days to receive.  Discounts are available for first time orders but we do not offer samples of any other products.

 

 

Shipping:  NaturaLash.com makes no guarantees on shipment or delivery dates.  The recommended number of days listed on the shipping options is only an estimate.  For all rush orders and specific delivery requests, please call our sales department.  * All Duties, Customs Fees, and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer not NaturaLash.com.  SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UPON DELIVERY ARE NOW REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE BY CUSTOMER. 

 

NaturaLash will ship and deliver as specified by you, the buyer.  Unclaimed, missed or lost packages (after delivery) are the buyers responsibility.  NaturaLash will attempt to redeliver any returned packages up to one additional time at no cost to the customer for domestic orders.  International orders require a $4.95 transaction fee.  The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges after the second attempt. 

 

Shipping for returns/exchanges:  Shipping charges are non-refundable for completed or cancelled orders.  Return/Exchange shipping charges are the customers responsibility.  If we made a mistake with your order, we apologize.  Please contact us to receive your return shipping label.

 

 

 Professional Use Only (Eyelash and Eyebrow Extension Products):

 

This product is not intended, nor should it be used for self application of eyelash extensions.  You must be professionally licensed in the beauty, esthetics, cosmetology, and medical and dental field(s) in order to apply NaturaLash products.  State licensing requirements for the application of lash extensions vary from state to state, and it the responsibility of the professional (purchaser of NaturaLash products) to comply with the laws of his/her state.

Anyone purchasing products from NaturaLash must fax a copy of their Professional License (Fax #: 714-782-7330) prior to their first order.  If you have already received eyelash extension certification from another company and would like to purchase products from NaturaLash, you must first call our Sales Deparment at: 1-800-644-1297 ext 4, for an interview.  Proof of certification is required.  Live classes: IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A COPY OF YOUR LICENSE BEFORE OR AT THE CLASS, YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO THE CLASS.   THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE AND ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN (NOTE:  WE WILL SEND YOU ONE REMINDER VIA EMAIL AND ONE REMINDER VIA THE TELEPHONE). 

 

 

Acknowledgement of Risks:

 

By purchasing product (s) from NaturaLash.com for the application of lash/brow extensions and brow wigs, you acknowledge that:

  • There are risks involved when using sharp implements and adhesives around the eye, and you assume those risks in this procedure. 
  • All the NaturaLash adhesives, including the medical grade, do contain ingredients which can be irritating and/or cause allergic reactions. 
  • NaturaLash takes no responsibility for injuries due to the use and application of it’s products.

Right to Discontinue and Refuse Sale for NaturaLash Marketing Materials:  In order to purchase NaturaLash Branded Marketing materials, such as the postcards and posters, you must be a certified naturalash tech or have gone through one of the NaturaLash Training Courses.

 

Right to Discontinue and Refuse Sale for Additional Copies of Certificate:  Additional copies of NaturaLash certificate can be ordered online or over the phone.  To request an additional copy, you must meet the following terms:

  • Professional license must be current.
  • Must have placed a product order for glue or lashes (NaturaLash Brands only) in the last 12 months.
  • Final approval subject to NaturaLash management.

 

 

Right to Discontinue and Refuse Sale:

 

NaturaLash reserves the right to discontinue and/or refuse sales to anyone at anytime, for reasons including, but not limited to; unprofessional behavior and/or business practices, revealing confidential NaturaLash information, substandard application of eyelash extensions, unauthorized use of NaturaLash Trademarks, disclosing or demonstrating any of the techniques or procedural information gathered from NaturaLash to any other person including, but not limited to; co-workers, employees, contractors, or associates for a period of two years from the last date of training provided to you by a NaturaLash instructor. 

 

Agreement to not share or Distribute the NaturaLash training method (s)

As a customer of NaturaLash, you, the buyer, agrees to not share, duplicate, instruct, train or teach knowledge learned in the NaturaLash workshops to any co-workers, friends, relatives, business partners, other eyelash extension companies and/or suppliers for a period of 2 years from your certificate date.  Violation of this agreement will result in legal action by NaturaLash.

 

Intellectual Property:

 

All content available on NaturaLash.com and/or the marketing materials purchased from NaturaLash, including but not limited to; text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content") is the property of WINKX, LLC, our affiliates, partners or licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website, marketing materials and products (collectively, the "Trademarks") are the registered and unregistered marks of WINKX, LLC, in the United States and other countries, and are protected by United States and International trademark laws.  The Content and Trademarks on this site may not be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.

Indemnification and Waiver of Liability:

 

IN NO EVENT WILL NATURALASH OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS (NATURALASH, ET AL) BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, SUITS, ATTACHMENTS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, PENALTIES, FINES, SETTLEMENTS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING COURT COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES INCIDENT THERETO; INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD BY NATURALASH. BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS NATURALASH, ET AL FOR ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND ACTIONS IN EACH CASE NOTWITHSTANDING THE ACTUAL OR ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE (WHETHER ACTIVE OR PASSIVE, SOLE OR CONCURRENT, SIMPLE OR GROSS), STRICT OR STATUTORY, PROVIDED THAT THE NATURALASH LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
