Directions For Use: Apply at least once daily to base of eyelashes and brow line with a small brush or cotton applicator or apply directly from the tube and smooth on. Gently blend gel onto lashes and allow to dry Do not rub into lashes. If used under makeup, apply gel and let dry slightly. While still moist, apply mascara over the gel. The gel acts as a lash “plumper”.
