Here are our few secrets we follow and teach in our lash extensions certification online:

1.      Tab Extensions Workspace

The degree of humidity, temperature and air quality are essential factors to take into account when performing an eyelash extension service. As we already know, each glue for eyelash extensions needs its degree of humidity and its temperature to work in optimal condition. The ideal temperature would be between 19-23 degree and humidity between 45% and 75%. You can use a thermometer to check and fix. Alternatively, place a humidifier in the room to control the room temperature. This will help you manage humidity levels as well.

2.      Preparing The Eyelashes

The glue adheres well on your lashes when the surface is clean and grease-free. Dirt is the most significant barrier between the adhesive and the natural lash. The best is to remove makeup from the eyelashes with the help of a quality eye makeup remover. Remember with dirt around, and the glue will not adhere to the skin. Also, use a non-oily makeup remover because the oil will not help the glue last. After removing the makeup, let the skin dry. There should be no traces of moisture.

3.      Choose The Best Eyelash First

Applying primer to eyelash extensions after removing makeup is an important step that we should not skip. The primer for eyelash extensions has a small concentration of alcohol. It helps to dehydrate the natural Eyelash, which will allow the glue to better bond the extension to the natural Eyelash. Also, remember that when we fill the extensions, we must prepare the natural eyelashes by applying primer on them.

4.      What Amount Of Eyelash Glue Is Suitable?

Using too much glue for eyelash extensions is as damaging as using too little. The right amount of glue for a hair-to-hair eyelash extension is 2-3 mm at the base. For volume extensions, 1 mm glue depth is recommended and always joining the base of these very well.

5.      Follow The Steps: Separate The Tab, Press And Release

Most eyelash extension glues, except hypoallergenic, dry on contact within 1-2 seconds. It is recommended that you first find the correct tab. Separate it from the rest, and then insert the extension. By pressing lightly for a few seconds, we make sure that this extension          sits properly.

6.      Choose Your Perfect Angle

As we already know, each natural Eyelash is different. They can be curvy, straight, and some grow in the opposite direction. Before placing the extensions, find the perfect angle. We recommend looking for a curvature similar to the natural Eyelash. Do not forget to put the base of the extension at one mm. of the natural Eyelash. Both bases must come together well so that they do not separate. Another option, when a client very straight eyelashes, it is to recommend that to perform Eyelash Lifting first and then perform the eyelash extensions service a week.
