At NaturaLash, the health and safety of our clients, employees and their families is our first priority. We have received a lot of inquiries about the Corona Virus and how it is affecting our business and our customers businesses. We would like to share the following:
-Until further notice our business operations have not been affected by the COVID-19
-None of our employees have reported illness related to COVID-19
-We have not had issues or notices from our vendors about COVID-19
-Our inventory has not been affected by COVID-19 (In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Recommendations:

-This is a great reminder why NaturaLash has placed so much importance and emphasis on Disinfecting workspaces, tools, using air purification apparatus and facemasks during appointments.
-Have a thorough phone conversation with each client before an appointment to discuss that you both feel comfortable with the scheduled appointment.
